Our stay began with an exceptionally friendly check-in experience. The spacious room was clean and comfortable, and the hot breakfast was a delightful start to our days.

I enjoyed my stay at Springhill Suites in Lakewood. The suite felt spacious with two comfortable queen beds and a pullout sofa bed, perfect for my family. The staff really stood out. they were friendly and accommodating, even providing a bag of snacks when we had to leave early. A small issue arose with the shower door, but they promptly moved us to a new room next door and even comped a night. On the downside, the sliding barn door for the bathroom lacked privacy, and I would have appreciated having enough towels for all five of us. Despite that, this hotel has a great location, very convenient for exploring nearby attractions and shopping.
